c3 Aesthetics & Wellness Cancellation / No Show / Refund Policy
It’s important to understand that when missing or cancelling appointments without giving enough notice, businesses lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services. For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals, all appointments will be subject to the following terms:
You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge anytime 48 hours preceding the start time of your appointment. We request a credit card upon booking your appointment to put on file.
In the event we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, the fees outlined below will be charged to your card on file. Appointments that are booked within the 48-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.
As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 4 days in advance of appointments by email and again 3 days in advance of appointments by SMS message to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to these confirmation messages does not serve as a cancellation. You must call or text our office at (214) 457-3272 to inform us of your cancellation.
LATE CANCELLATION POLICY
Less than 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s) up to a maximum fee of $300. Botox and Filler appointments will be charged a $75 fee. For follow-up appointments and consultations, this fee will be $25.
NO SHOW POLICY
If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged full price of the scheduled service(s) up to a maximum fee of $300. Botox and Filler appointments will be charged a $150 fee. For follow-up appointments and consultations, this fee will be $25.
* If you are a package holder or on membership, these same policies apply, and you will be deducted one session for a Late Cancellation or No Show.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
To ensure a full experience, please arrive ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service even though their service time may require adjustment. Furthermore, late arrivals greater than 15 minutes may be asked to reschedule their appointment, and a $25 reschedule fee will be collected.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of the services we provide, we have a NO REFUND policy for all of our services.
